At this traditional, 4-year, public institution, we begin the graduation clearance process a year in advance, using the Banner delivered on-line graduation application and DegreeWorks. Throughout that year, based on data we pull from the Banner and DegreeWorks tables (using some basic sql), we communicate with students about the things they have yet to complete. Join William & Mary to see how this institution ensures nearly 1400 undergrads have met their degree requirements and can receive their diploma on the day of Commencement.
